How to whistle-blow anonymously
In order to whistle-blow anonymously, the following actions should be taken on the website of the unified electronic platform for whistle-blowing:

Click the button Whistle-blow on the Home page of the website;

Choose the option ANONYMOUS WHISTLE-BLOWING introduced on the page of options of whistle-blowing;
3
Fill in detailed information on the crime (corruption incident) in the fields of the form ANONYMOUS WHISTLE-BLOWING;
4
Upload the documents or audio and audio and video recordings related to the crime (corruption incident) (materials can only be uploaded in the following formats: TXT, DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, XLSX, XLS, MP3, WAV, MP4, AVI, 3GP, ZIP, RAR);
5
Click the button Confirm Whistle-blowing after verifying the details filled out;
6
Save the username and password in order to receive feedback from the body conducting whistle-blowing proceedings and follow the progress of the proceedings.
How to whistle-blow through submitting data
In order to whistle-blow through submitting data, the following actions should be taken on the website of the unified electronic platform for whistle-blowing:

Click the button Whistle-blow on the Home page of the website;

Choose the option WHISTLE-BLOWING THROUGH SUBMITTING DATА introduced on the page of options of whistle-blowing;

Fill in your details in the fields of the form WHISTLE-BLOWING THROUGH SUBMITTING DATА, related to personal details of the whistle-blower;
4
Fill in detailed information on the crime (corruption incident) in the fields of the form WHISTLE-BLOWING THROUGH SUBMITTING DATА, related to the crime (corruption incident);
5
Upload the documents or audio and audio and video recordings related to the crime (corruption incident) (materials can only be uploaded in the following formats: TXT, DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, XLSX, XLS, MP3, WAV, MP4, AVI, 3GP, ZIP, RAR);
6
Click the button Confirm Whistle-blowing after verifying the details filled out;
7
Save the username and password in order to receive feedback from the body conducting whistle-blowing proceedings and follow the progress of the proceedings.
What should be done after whistle-blowing
Please, save your login details and access the system regularly after the whistle-blowing. In order to access the system, the following actions should be taken:

Click the button Whistle-blow on the Home page of the website;

Fill in username and password in the relevant fields and click the button Login;

Choose whistle-blowing of interest to you from the list of your whistle-blowing and click the button Open.
After completing the above steps, you will see the notification submission page, on the right side of which the current notification status and the progress of the notification proceedings are presented. On the left side of the page is the feedback interface, through which the body conducting the proceedings can contact you via correspondence during the consideration of the notification in order to collect information and facts related to the notification. To return to the list of notifications, you must click on the name of the site.
