How to whistle-blow through submitting data
In order to whistle-blow through submitting data, the following actions should be taken on the website of the unified electronic platform for whistle-blowing:

Click the button Whistle-blow on the Home page of the website;

Choose the option WHISTLE-BLOWING THROUGH SUBMITTING DATА introduced on the page of options of whistle-blowing;

Fill in your details in the fields of the form WHISTLE-BLOWING THROUGH SUBMITTING DATА, related to personal details of the whistle-blower;

Fill in detailed information on the crime (corruption incident) in the fields of the form WHISTLE-BLOWING THROUGH SUBMITTING DATА, related to the crime (corruption incident);
5
Upload the documents or audio and audio and video recordings related to the crime (corruption incident) (materials can only be uploaded in the following formats: TXT, DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, XLSX, XLS, MP3, WAV, MP4, AVI, 3GP, ZIP, RAR);

Click the button Confirm Whistle-blowing after verifying the details filled out;
7
Save the username and password in order to receive feedback from the body conducting whistle-blowing proceedings and follow the progress of the proceedings.
